Return / Replacement Policy

We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons:

  • There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device. All our product pictures are taken under natural light without any filters or post processing.
  • If the jewel is too heavy or the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
  • Semi-precious, precious and handmade jewelry that are made by hand may have slight irregularities in designs/polish/finishing/stone that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
  • Bangles size chart is always available under product description. Please measure your bangle size before you place an order if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide Exchange/refund for wrong size orders placed.
  • Under very rare circumstances, stones or beads may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Back ropes provided free of cost during the purchase is provided as a gesture and will not be replaced as a separate parcel in case found broken upon receiving.
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a damage.
  • Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product details before you place an order. If you want any further details kindly write to us via email [email protected]. We will explain it to you in the maximum possible manner. Once the agreed product is received by you in good condition the personal liking or sizing or non-suitability towards a product is not acceptable for RETURN/REPLACEMENT.

We make every possible attempt to send your ordered items free from damage. However, in an unlikely event, if you receive a damaged item in transit, we offer the following return policy

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must send us an e-mail to [email protected] within 24-hours of receiving the shipment along with the Order number, Unboxing Video (without pause or cut) and Photo. Else the return or exchange will not be accepted. Upon acceptance of replacement, the product has to be shipped back within 2 business days, beyond that exchange will not be accepted.
  • When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slip, etc.) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered. This will avoid damage to the returned product.
  • Please send the returns via reputed courier services and email ([email protected]) us the courier receipt within 2 business days after the product is reported to be defective.
  • Once we receive the damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement. If the same product is not available, store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.
  • We do not provide any cash refunds. In case of Exchange, the amount will be provided as store credit only.
  • We do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.
  • We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers. We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations.
