All of the products are made with base of Alloy/Brass/Copper/Iron coated with Matt/Imitation golden colour. None of the Jewellery sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver or real gold jewellery.

There is no explicit guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality Jewellery to you.

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email [email protected] or WhatsApp to +91 6369130970, to find out if the product can be made available or if the made to order option is available, place an advance order.

All shipments are packed after quality check. In case of damage during the transit, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense. Please refer @Shipping policy & Return – Replacement.

We have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. We ensure to take pictures on natural lighting so the customers receive products as they see on the image. While we have made every effort to display colours of the products as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.

You can edit the cart by adding more products by clicking continue shopping or delete by clicking trash. Complete your order by clicking “Checkout” and choose your preferred payment method and place your order. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

Yes, you can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Miyas Jewels account: – Track your orders and review past purchases. – Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time. – Manage your account details, address book and email preferences. To create an account, simply click on ‘SIGN IN’ and then ‘REGISTER NOW’ to fill in your details. 

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

All our prices are honest and very competitive as compared to other online stores. Discounts are offered only on selected products during Sales and festive seasons. Do visit on our website to keep abreast of the latest discounts and offers.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders within India are shipped via DTDC/Delhivery/India post and are delivered within 5-7 working days for most cities, Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations for readily available products. International orders are shipped via International DHL/ Indian Speed post services- delivery time: PLEASE NOTE – For Indian speed post 25-40 business days from the date we receive payment. On a average we will receive your payments in 2-3 bank working days. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. For International orders, there might be delays due to customs clearance procedures. International Orders We do not have any control once the product is handed over to the logistics.
*Working business days do not include Indian holidays, Government holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, we do ship internationally via reputed courier service providers only.

The Duties & Taxes for international orders depends on the country where it is shipped. Each country will have its own regulations. The Additional Duties are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number and tracking link. Alternatively, you can track the order here.

Shipping is FREE for all deliveries in India via Standard courier.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
