  • We ship on all business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days of placing order. In rare cases an order might be shipped beyond 3 days from placing order. In case of any unseen delay, we will always notify you in advance.
  • As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number along with the delivery partner link for checking the transit status at your convenience.
  • All orders in India are Shipped through Registered Domestic Courier Companies or Speed post only. Miyas Jewels is not liable for any delay by the courier company / postal service.
  • Once order is placed it will take 4 to 8 working days to receive the product based on your delivery location. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. These delivery timelines not applicable for COD Orders.
  • While placing the order, please kindly provide correct shipping address and contact number. Miyas Jewels will not be able to retrieve the lost package due to incorrect address or contact number in the order.
  • If the packaging is tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept the courier. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the product will be returned back to Miyas Jewels. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the recipient will be chargeable to the member who ordered the product.
